Scott Onstott has done it again. I have read many of his books on sacred geometry over the years, and The Keystone may be his most important work yet. It inspired me both spiritually and intellectually. His previous books transformed the way I see architecture, geometry, and the hidden patterns woven throughout our world, but The Keystone expands those ideas into something even more profound, a meditation on consciousness, humanity, meaning, and our relationship with artificial intelligence. What I appreciate most is that Onstott doesn't simply explain ideas; rather, he creates an experience. His central vision, that which human beings are the "keystone" capable of bridging the measurable, the invisible, and the intelligible, is both intellectually rigorous and deeply inspiring. I loved this book so much that I read it twice, and I know I'll return to it again. It genuinely inspired me to visit the Pantheon in Rome, allowing me to experience firsthand the architectural symbolism that has been such an important part of Onstott's life's work. Reading The Keystone made me appreciate sacred architecture on an entirely new level. If you are unfamiliar with Scott Onstott's work, I also highly recommend exploring his other books on sacred geometry and architecture. Few modern authors have done more to illuminate the timeless relationship between mathematics, beauty, symbolism, and human consciousness. His work has profoundly influenced my own understanding of sacred geometry, philosophy, and the deeper patterns that connect art, architecture, spirituality, and science. The Keystone is not just a book. I see it as an invitation to slow down, think deeply, and remember what it means to be fully human. In an age increasingly shaped by algorithms and artificial intelligence, that message feels both timely and essential. After reading it, I realized that we can embrace technology and AI without fear. Actually, we should embrace it with enthusiasm, but never with a lazy spirit! Highly, highly recommended.

If anyone else has done or is doing what Scott Onstott has accomplished with Sacred Geometry in any contemporary sense, I am not aware of it. The book is an essential piece of reading for anyone interested in the subject of sacred geometry. For beginners, it's the perfect place to start as a primer; for advanced students, it's a refreshing place to rethink ideas and reevaluate preconceived notions. Several great thinkers have written about sacred geometry over the most recent decades — John Michell and Keith Critchlow being two prime examples — however, nearly all have started somewhere in the middle of it all, assuming that their readers are already versed in the subject. On the other hand, Onstott starts at square one, which is helpful for anyone looking to get started without getting lost. With more people worldwide taking interest in the subject — scholars, artists, architects, and designers (even EMD visual creators!) — it would be fitting to see this book become the classic it deserves to be.

In my view, this is a high-value book with information that is timely and very important given the conditions and challenges that humanity is currently facing. There is a ton of merit in this book regardless of whether you are new to the study of sacred geometry, have had a casual interest, or are a long-time student of these studies. I would have valued this book decades ago had I had access to it. Scott Onstott delves into many of the key aspects of these studies, without the baggage of any particular tradition or source. He purposely avoids belief structures. There is the saying, “Follow the money,” and I would say here, “Follow the geometry!” Scott follows the geometry. His concise method works efficiently to aid other students in their individual quests for knowledge and understanding. Scott explicitly states his journey into sacred geometry “resulted in a different way of thinking about everything,” and articulates this as a compelling alternative worldview and philosophical framework. I first became acquainted with Scott through his great work Secrets in Plain Sight, Volumes I and II. My appreciation of his work, his commitment to Sacred Geometry, and his adept teaching abilities have only continued to grow over time. His new book expands this work, and once again demonstrates excellence. He combines deep knowledge and understanding, and this is clearly conveyed through his skills as a teacher and presenter of information. Scott intimately connects us with geometry’s sacred dimensions. Highly recommended!

If you have an open mind, this book can give you plenty of new insights. A personal story of resilience, searching for meaning, and finding one. Nice balance between story-driven narrative and heavier philosophical/metaphysical/scientific callitwhatyouwant parts. But most importantly the book gave me strength to continue my own journey.

This is exactly a book I consider my cup of tea. It is overwhelmingly profound in how mathematics relate to so called reality. Most people might wanna think it is all just chance but actually logic will show you through this book that intelligence is synchronistically at work, or something like that at least. Check it out if you like say metamath!

Awe inspiring, thought provoking and beautifully illustrated book that identifies patterns based on the divine proportion in art, architecture, the cosmos and more. There is a detailed explanation of the golden ratio (or divine proportion) with instructions how to derive it geometrically at the beginning of the book, but thereafter the images do the talking. Rather than forcing a message the author invites the reader to reflect on the images and patterns themselves before reading the factual explanations. Plenty of original ideas are contained within this well researched book, and the Author seems to be a talented mathematician as well as a bit of a trailblazer in the field. Whilst the maths behind the analysis can be reasonably complex you do not need to understand how to derive the calculations to enjoy this book. An open mind is all that is required to marvel at the patterns based on the golden ratio that are ubiquitous in our experience, from the DNA inside every cell to the structure of galaxies. If you are interested in the golden ratio then this book, with a unique and easy to read style, would make both an excellent first purchase on the topic, or a valuable addition to a collection.

I work as a physician and I've been studying sacred geometry for over 20 years. After reading Scott's book, all of my previous books on sacred geometry were almost a waste of time. This man is a genius! He has written many books on AutoCad, and he is an expert architect. This is one of the most important books I have ever read!

Secrets in Plain Sight: Leonardo da Vinci begins with a brief but powerful summary of the incredible achievements and ongoing importance of Leonardo himself (1452–1519). He then explains the concept of the divine proportion (the golden ratio, the proportion of which is designated by the Greek letter phi) and its mysterious qualities — with accompanying diagrams and labeled illustrations that should make its properties more understandable than perhaps any discussion of the golden ratio that you have encountered before. The discussion reveals the mysterious, unchanging, infinite, and self-contained properties of the divine proportion, and why and how it conveys aspects of what we might call the Infinite Realm, the Divine Realm, the Invisible Realm. As you open your eyes to what is being presented, you will realize that phi does not just point us towards the Infinite: in many ways it actually manifests the Infinite Realm in itself, and impresses it upon our deeper understanding. Wow! What a truly enlightening book. It’s easy to imagine how Leonardo DaVinci had a profound revelation when he understood the magnificence of the golden ratio, and took a humble and grateful knee of appreciation thanking God for an understanding that inspired him throughout his life. The human mind was never meant to be a vessel to be extinguished, but to be ignited to unlock the mind of God. What is amazing is that the ‘symbols’ of this enlightenment are all around us, but very few of us see them. The book starts with a quick dissertation on DaVinci and the Divine Proportion, and then showcases how this was incorporated into the paintings of the great master, with analysis and discussion. Truly revelatory! I am so intrigued by the genius in this that I’m definitely going to purchase other books by this author.

You have pulled together things that I only vaguely or intuitively understood. Stuff that it has taken years to pull into rational awareness. This is Academy Award level scholarship. The math understanding is very good too as it helps with making rational the occult that is encoded without going into the fear mongering that is done by the more well known alternative film makers.

Although I am not a mathematician, archeologist, historian or engineer, whenever I did read anything written by Scott on the Sacred Geometry website, it’s certainly stimulated my interest, curiosity and imagination. It must take many hours of painstaking work to figure out all these relationships, possible links, and possible meanings. I would highly recommend anyone with any sense of curiosity & wonder to read his material and further expand their mind.

This novel far exceeded my expectations, and I started at a high level. It is extremely well written with amazing word choice and sentence structure. The topics are complex, nuanced, extremely current and include a wide array of subject matter. All of these elements are interwoven in an amazing fashion I do not recall in any of the books I have read. That corpus easily exceeds 1000 books.
I enjoyed this read so much that I read the book at maybe 10% of my normal pace. It is too good to not properly savor the read. The 5-star rating chart needs another 5 stars to properly rate this novel, in my view. I give it a 10-star rating.
